i wouldnt pull over only cuz that shoulder is no where near wide enough for me to feel safe... but NC plates, i wouldve taken the chance on a southern belle also...

you guys seem to not notice this is in the middle of the day on a busy highway. I dont see that very dangerous past being on the side of a busy highway. If it was in the dead of night or on a backroad or something, thats when it gets debateable
