I ended up going QQ just to avoid dealing with the inspection stuff. The car passes the plug-in test but would probably fail a visual due to the headers.

As far as insurance I'm still using state farm. Need to do a little digging into the classic car insurance policies, see who's worth using while not burying me under a ton of driving restrictions. I know there's Hagarty and American Collectors Insurance, but I haven't done a ton of research on it yet.

I have a policy with both hagerty and american collectors. hagerty is a little less restrictive but ive never had to file a claim. american collectors i think is more strict but their claim process was very easy the one time i needed it. they did ask for mileage, what it was being used for at the time of the incident, who was using it etc, but i was all good and they paid the body shop.
