Well, according to the last person that measured me, there was a +- 2% error
involved, but the prior measurement that was taken in October 2007 was at 9%. I guess the most reasonable thing I can say is that my body fat level is low and not give it a number.
Yeah, any skepticism is no big deal. What's important is that I'm fit and healthy.

Exactly, but a BF number that is too low is also unhealthy.
Irregardless, congrats on your progress! That is some good stuff.

Thanks.
My current trainer also mentioned that I shouldn't go down any lower and to actually increase my protein intake and include whole grains in my diet. So, my original goal of getting toned has been fulfilled. Now, I will be trying to get more muscle mass.

actually, you don't have to provide a picture. just do your best to describe what you see in the mirror. if you can only faintly see muscle under the skin, then the person who measured you gave you a real screwing. if your skin is paper thin and every muscle in your body stands out, you can see the veins move when your heart beats and you can clearly see your jaw muscles move when chewing food, then the 6.1% might be about right. there should be no pockets of fat anywhere on your body.
i've had my bf% as low as 5. i know what it feels like, and i was never in a good mood. i was constantly challenged in the weight room to move more than my body weight in anything, and rarely had more energy to cycle or tread for more than one hour. a stiff breeze made me feel like i was nude even when fully clothed, and i never ventured outdoors during winter months without first bundling up like i was living in the antarctic, even when it was 50 degrees outside...
basically, at 6% you are right on the extremely unhealthy edge and should consider bringing some other things back into your diet besides more protein and whole grains. i applaud your efforts, though, as very few people outside of the competitive bodybuilder world know what it's like to have a bf% that low.

I go 5 days a week...typically legs are monday, back is tuesday, shoulders wednesday, chest thursday, arms friday...but i do mix it up a tad and throw in abs/cardio when I can.
Sometimes its heavy, sometimes its moderate with excellent form, I try not to stay doing the same thing all the time...been doing it for about a year consistantly now...started at about 159 with 16-18% body fat...now I weigh in at about 183 with about 11-14% body fat (I'm 5' 8")...diet is fairly strict with whole grains, about 220-250 g of protein daily, at least a gallon of water, and a decent amount of carbs to make sure my glycogen stores aren't depleated. I have my cheats every now and then as well...since I'm currently training for mass and not in any competition diet, I'm a big fan of red meat.
Just to throw my .02 in body fat % ...like Jims69camaro said the water tank is the only accurate measure, everything else has a lot of variables. With everyone saying it is unhealthy to be in the 6% range, thats absolutely true. I'm not doubting the person who said theyre 6% by any means, but that has to be a very uncomfortable lifestyle...muscles must ache all the time...
Todays pro bodybuilders weigh 250+ and have a body fat in the range of 9-12% but are absolutely shredded. There is no way of measuring their total BF percentage that is accurate, due to all the intra-muscular fats and other variables, but scientifically speaking their BF % is a lot higher than most think.

My goal was to get toned and not body build. If I had to describe the way I look, then I would just tell you to go see Will Smith in I Am Legend--when he has his shirt off and doing the pull-ups.

Well, that's now the goal. I've toned up and trimmed down. Now is the time to increase muscle mass by increasing healthy calories, lifting heavier weights, and pulling back a little bit on cardio.
As for being uncomfortable with a low body fat? That's not happening here. My muscles definitely are not aching and my energy levels are higher than they ever were. I'm comfortable as long as I get my sufficient intake of healthy calories.

Given the fact that he's Filipino....and I have known a few - they've got a great body style for getting lean muscles. Genetics I guess. Guy I worked with in Iraq was HUGE.....and quite lean. At least 8-10% B.F. So now this is known, I don't doubt as much....lol.
Still hatin' cuz I gotta get there myself....lol.

No offense taken. In fact I couldn't agree with you more as my next goal is to put on more weight through muscle. I mean, staying at my puny level now is as bad as keeping a slow LT1, no offense.

Damon,
Don't sell yourself short. 133 at 6% is only 8lbs of fat. I don't consider that "puny" since your LBM is high. I know people that weigh more than you that have less LBM.
The only thing that you may have trouble with (IMHO) is your body type. If you hit 6% you are probably ectomorphic, or ecto-meso and will therefore be a hard gainer. Then again, I don't know you personally so I could be way off...

Well, since you're growing still...hit up the protein shakes up....you'll need to max out your intake to 'gain' with a high metabolism.....
I just got back in the gym after a few months off....oh boy....went Weds night and today I'm JUST able to move my arms again (and we did CHEST !)
Can't wait to get some new suppliments

im half filipino and im 5'11.5" and 205 pounds. not really fat but not really built...husky is the word.
but home gym ftw...got a bench, squat rack, chin up bar for lats, chin ups, pull ups, dumbells, punching bag etc. etc.
its great working out when u can but a gym is always nice. one of my good buddies is a personal trainer at nysc so he gets me in for free and gives me good fitness advice.
i shoot to work out 5 days a week but in reality 3-4 days a week

I lift 5days a week, Im 5'11 200lbs, Back when i was pretty hard core with the gym i was weighing in at 225 with little fat, but with it being summer its hard to put on weight and keep it there. My goal is to weigh 235 im sure I will be able to do it. Im only 21 so i have plenty of time to get as big as I want
I get my personal trainers card september 20th so im pretty pumped about it.

Why not just use their products together ? As in the Noxplode and the cellmass ?? I used them both in conjuction with Creatine monohydrate powder (and yes I over did it with it)....but as long as you keep pushing the water thru your system, and you put out in the gym, you WILL see improvements.
In a less than 6 month period I went up over 30lbs in dumbbell chest press. More like 40-45lbs, but I wasn't anywhere in shape before hand, and we'd go 6-7 days a week. I went a week ago this past Weds, and I'm just getting over my soreness. I pushed it WAY too hard, and no supplements. But I did double my protein intake for a week afterwards.
I'm thinking about going to school for some health/fitness degree....but I'm not sure what all I wanna do yet 'for sure'....I checked the College of NJ and I can't swing the cost there....lol.
