which is more disgusting, because if something like this would make you stop watching football, i would think you would have been gone when they let the previous felons back in.

I never said I would stop watching football. When I said: " God forbid my team ever signed this sorry excuse for human, that would be the last day I'd be a fan after 37 years." I meant if my favorite team (the Jets) signed this piece of crap, I'd be finding another team to root for the same day.

Wouldn't being a Jets fan be incentive enough to look for another team?

i think the raiders would be a good fit for vick as a backup. russel can use a more experienced hand giving him some pointers. worked for aaron rodgers.

So how long before we all get on with our lives? He did his time, he's back, just watch the game & turn to MTV for your daily doses of drama.

That would require talent, not just an ability to run around like an idiot.

The Jets or 'Boys would have really benefited from a QB that can scramble. Then again, the headlines would be too much; "HoF'er replaced by Dog Killer," or "America's team to be lead by Dog Killer."
I wonder how McNabb's reacting to this new addition

McNabb said after the pre-season game last night that he was petitioning to bring Vick to Philly, and that Vick is no threat to him.
