That's probably about the biggest piece of crap, with no resale value, that you could buy.

So you are 19, and have 8k to blow.
Since we are spending mommy and daddies money, buy a higher mileage LS1 T56 car, throw a 150 shot on it and enjoy it. Or an older termi, that would be cool.

Yet.... Racing on the street its bound to happen.
Racing asid if you didn't find a decently powered rwd car fun I'm not sure what you will. You've had trucks so you know about off roading. So idk what you will think is fun. I find my decently powered Manual v6 fun so..... Maybe find a girlfriend to stick in the passenger seat. That might make the car funner

Then keep the Lincoln and the 8 grand and add both to the budget when that happens.

$8k would buy a nice shifter kart. Fun to drive, able to drift, easily mangled by a parking lot pole.

this is what gives kids with fast cars a bad rep and makes the cops hawk all over every single young looking person in a nice car.
buy a honda, stance it, talk about how ill you are and such, listen to that awesome vtec noise you make sitting in the driveway after you rip the oil pan off, and be the coolest person around.....
