Spoke with Atco again and the only Friday available from Sept through December is December 20th. The date sounds too risky and could easily be postponed due to weather.
For those interested, please respond with the dates you are available. I will do my best to accomodate those with schedule challenges but we still need to settle on a date that will work best for the group to get this going.

I'm good for Nov 4th. Any date in Nov would work for me though. If you do it in sept I'd be out. Going back home to Illinois all sept for my brother's wedding then my wedding the following week.

Monday November 4th was OK with most who got back to me today. I'm waiting for a few others to chime in. Monday 11/18 and Thursday 11/14 were also well received. Perhaps we go for Monday 11/18 for possibly better air?

With this much notice any of the dates you listed should be fine for me (Thursdays would be easier to take off as I won't need to find coverage). I have no problems bringing my camera and taking pictures all day (especially if Adam brings fancy glass for me to play with  )
