Is the park that big that it maybe difficult to find a group? i've never been there so i wouldnt know. Ive been up since 6:30 cleaning the car, and my 92 firebird is ready for later tonight to go up to chatterbox in augusta.

Yeah, there are a bunch of different areas for groups in the park. Could be difficult, other than looking for a bunch of fbodys.

had a good time, too bad parking was a little short. Good to be able to put more faces on usernames.
I was surprised, going slow i didnt even scuff a speed bump, i came by last night to check the place out and i was really concerned with them. And my car didnt overheat in traffic

So how was the overall turnout? I know it was a nice, toasty day so that may have hurt. We ended up taking 2nd place at our fund raiser beer/golf tournament at 7 under par so we can't complain. I got to see a lot of people from high school I haven't seen in years so it was a great time. Bummed I missed the meet, but I also missed my niece and nephew's birthday party as well!

Yeah, that was great meeting everyone. A lot of nice cars! I was the guy with the wife riding shot-gun. I got some pics too of the meet and the drive down. I'll try to post them up soon. Maybe next time we can give the park rangers $20 to block off those spots till we get there.
