yea, lemon for sure, but the one lawyer wants a $700 retainer and that should cover 90% of the costs but i wanna talk to a local laywer and get their opinion of my case. My neighbors brother is a personal inury lawyer which falls into a similar catagory so i need to call him and get his advice.

...all depends on what i get out of the law suit, either my money back, or the used car lemon law also states an amount of 3 times full purchase price, since it is a law suit after all(3x is around 60k). As of now, ill be happy with just my down payment and monthly payments back and they take the truck. In that case, id put the cash right into finishing my SS and ill get my bronco on the road as a daily driver(or one of my other cars). But if i get more money, i'll pay off the truck, then sell it, build my SS and put the rest in a bank CD to use as a house down payment in 2 years. I was thinking about putting it towards a new z06 but id rather have a house(i never thought id feel that way)

i know what you mean.
when i was 20 i always thought i'd have a brand new Vette by my 25th b-day, but it when it finally rolled around, i was making mortgage payments.
