what are some good foods with high calories that i can eat everyday? the diet is the hardest part for me, because i eat anything and everything.

yeah dieting is very important..i would say it makes up for 60% of results. my personal trainer friend was on a bulking diet a few weeks ago, he had 80 carbs a meal, 5 meals a day, 3 hours apart. as long as they arent carbs from sugar i think you should be good.

Agreed. I feel like a little bitch when I haven't worked out for a while. Yesterday was my first day back. My best guess is that I'm at 70% of where I used to be. Also I can barely move this morning. I'm sure it will come back fast. Or at least I f'n hope so!

I usually don't. It's coming back after a long break that kills me.

Yea I hear you on that, my elbows started to hurt a little the past few days. I read that there is no proof that the stuff for joint repair actually works?

Probably not. But Met-Rx's stuff seemed to work for me.

I'm no genius but I think I found the problem.
Take some time off of it and try again in a month or so.
