no. my mods got me more than that, i just havent had enough practice to show it yet. have some patience.
if any of you who are sitting here trying to make me look bad actually knew anything about drag racing, you would be asking me how i got that time, not just assuming that im slow because i have a v6. but you wont cause you dont.
if anyone would honestly like to have a real discussion id be happy to oblige - but ill do it in pms cause the 'tards tend to invade when someone without a v8 posts on here.

yea i think my 305 tbi-powered bone stock 2700 dollar third gen went mid-15s
that and my neon has gone faster than you with nothing but a cai LOL

i know of a 8000 pound 6 cylinder that runs low 16s its a 94 dodge cummins haah

lets take your post on ls1tech...you claimed mid-16s at 83 and 84 mph "BEFORE most of your upgrades" and then 16-flat "AFTER most of your upgrades" AT 84 MILES PER HOUR! If YOU knew anything about drag racing you'd know that trap speed is a direct result of power-to-weight. Thus, "MOST" of your mods were good for....jack s***

so...170 / 255 ? thats what the stock TBI is. if you factor drivetrain loss i have 216/250 - so i should be able to do mid 15s too by now. but i cant. why? cause i cant hook at the track.

yes - i claimed mid 16s, with a 2.55 60' - crappy. i know for a fact that several stock 3.4L v6's have run 16/flat - with a manual (what i have). i got a 16.3 because i ****ed up a shift and the 16 flat because i tried something that didnt work and bogged and had to haul ass to catch up.
but you wont care. and neither do i. this car has more in it. when i finish and im running 11's you'll still hate my car cause its a 6 - but ill be faster than you...

anyway. you guys can bitch at me all you want - not gonna change the fact that there is more to all of this than just "i ran my best at the track and all i got was a 16".
i have practice to do. the car will run a 15 flat (hopefully a 14.9).
Diesel..Kick..um..if you dont mind ill abbreviate - DKYA4S: slicks have been a thought, but i was afraid id bog. oh yea, i also upgraded my gears in the rearend - from 3.32 (stock on all 1993-1995 3.4L RWD cars) to 3.42.
i forgot to add that, and the zexel in the back to my parts list (i swapped to a full disc rearend)
