Niceeeee.......how do think they flow compared to a y pipe......was thinking of trying something like that down at the track instead of the cutout.

Looking to get an exhaust for 01. Did you like Kooks better than American Racing Headers?

Looks and sounds real good. I can imagine what WOT must sound like. Just a thought, but if you had those headers coated, they would really shiny for a long time. I also noted how nice the weather looked out there and how green the lawns still are. Those flowers on the tree are Red Crape Myrtles. That's were I hope to move (NC) in the very near future.

My thinking is it should be better because there is no bends. The website advertises good CFM flow, theres mufflers out there that sound great but flow poor CFM. Our mufflers flow very high CFM, and they sound crisp, sharp, & aggressive. You now have an alternative in performance to what’s already out there!

It just so happens Kooks is what I put on the car so Yes, I have never had American racing headers, thou my friend who helped me install has ARH 1 7/8" and he is happy with them and how they fit.

Coating the headers was a thought, yes they would be shiny and be temperature cooler under the hood. I even made a phone call to Calico Coatings for a price. I'm happy with just having the headers on the car, eventually the engine will need a rebuild and the car will need to be repainted. Eventually all the green here will be dead just like it does up north, foliage has always been about 3-4 weeks later than NJ.
