There's a place on Rt 12 in Frenchtown, just past Artie's bar, that stores tons of classic cars for people. I would guess this is one of the buildings. Its mostly old farm buildings full of people project cars.
Source- Friend and his father rent a few spaces there and have their unfinished cars there

The old chicken coops? My cousin rents several spots there and has more projects that could be completed in 10 lifetimes!
