I'd get in touch with Paul, Hardcorez28, as I'm sure he knows someone.

Sounds expensive and heavy. And junkies will try to steal them. Why not copper color powdercoating?

Any place that does show chroming can do it. Copper plating is the first step.

I think I read that they get the copper look by doing chrome and then a brown powdercoat over it. Obviously its a certain amount in order to make it look right.
And with copper, remember a clear coat is very important. Any scratches would need to be fixed asap. chrome can hold up a bit on its own as well as aluminum but copper will oxidize to green over time when exposed and would be accelerated by road salt/brine left over on the roads during winter as well as for the first few weeks of spring.

I am pretty sure the place he uses for chroming/copper work is down in TN somewhere.

There aren't a lot of good metal places left in the state.
