got e-zpassowned today

i was coming back from picking up some wheels off the turnpike, and on my way back coming to the toll booth me and my buddy were talking about girls...probly cant write it without getting this post deleted but it completely distracted me and i accidently went through the ezpass without an ezpass badge or whatever.

anybody know how much this is going to cost me? im actually looking forward to getting my picture in the mail...just not the fee

damn, cheap in NJ...I got cut off on the PA turnpike, swerved and then blocked in through the truck EZ pass lane and it cost me 80 bucks! I got a nice picture of my truck in the mail.

I did that once before I got easy pass. I called the number on the back of the coupon up, explained what happened (i got pushed into easy pass lane) and they let me go with just having to pay the 70 cent toll.

if talking about a girl made you lose control of your motor skills I'd hate to see you WITH a girl =P

My gf's ezpass worked from the glove box a few time. Maybe you'll get lucky.

They all have pictures, dunno about video. They didnt question me. What I told them was the truth regardless though. Call them up and tell htem it was a mistake.

that doesnt always work. i had mine in my trucks center console and i wasnt paying attention and went through the ez pass (i usually hold it up in the window because it goes back and forth between my car and truck.) and i got the fine in the mail....i think it was like 40 bucks.

when the dumb kid at work does it, it was $39 fine.. plus the toll.

hha ive gotten it twice... the first time was when they first installed the high speed lanes and i wasnt paying attention and just drove straight thru lol... second time was after they redid one of the toll plazas heading down the shore and again didnt realize i was in the high speed ez pass lane... got a picture of both white camaros on my wall

If you explain that if you swerved to get in the pay with the traffic and everything it would have been dangerous you just pay the 1.00 toll. You can call them.

I must be getting different ez pass tickets than everyone else. on any of the ones i've ever gotten, there was an option to fight it (the one time i didnt have ez pass) or write in your transponder number and send it back, and you just pay the toll.

uh impossible. a camera can capture light wayyyyyyy faster than any car can go, especially through ezpass
