February Car of the Month Submissions
Anyone can post one picture of their Camaro or Firebird in this thread.
Please include your name and a short paragraph describing the mods done to the car and/or a short story about the car as well.
If this is not posted in this thread by the time voting begins, your car will not be included in the vote.
At the last week of the month we will post a poll that will last for one week (7 days) and the winner will get to spend the following month showcased on the home page of the site. Past winners will not be eligible to win again for 12 months.
All submitted pictures should be a minimum size of 640 x 480, as this is the size of the image that will be posted on the home page. If you aren't sure of the size, post it up the largest image you have (within reason).
If you have submitted a car in the past, but were not selected as a winner, feel free to submit another pic. You can continue to enter each month until you win.
GET THOSE SUBMISSIONS IN!!!

I bought the car almost a year ago up in north jersey. When I bought the car it had kooks longtube header, highflow cats, and a magnaflow catback. It also had a 3600 Vig, tune and a moser rear with 373s. Since I have owned the car i added the a Stock ws6 ram air hood and a set of MT Drag Radials. I also recently put C6 Z06 wheels to cruise around on. The best I have done at atco is a 12.409 @ 109.3. Hopefully come this season a can run 12.0 or maybe even 11s.

Name: Eric Molineaux
Car: 1998 Camaro Z28
I picked this clean t-top 98 z28 6 speed up this past august after i sold my 93 ss clone that i was having alot of trouble with. The car was basically stock when i got it, since that point ive put some clean ss wheels on along with an SLP LM1 cat back, fast toys ram air kit, and Umi suspension. I plan on doing some more mods come spring time along with installing the Ultra Z hood i have for her.

I bought this car about 5 years ago from the dealership I work for. It has a pretty much stock 305 with Flowtech headers and a 3" Flowmaster exhaust. I replaced all the bushings in the front with polyurethane bushings from Energy Suspension and also added a Spohn Wonder bar and Hotchkis Sub-frame connectors. It has a B/W posi from an '89 Camaro with disc brakes in the rear along with Spohn LCA's, Panhard bar and torque arm.

Vinnie Spatola I'm another 17 year old with an F body being my first car. It's a 99 LS1 Camaro Z28. I have thrown practically all my money into this car in the year I've owned it. List of mods include: Hooker Headers, Magnaflow Catback, QTP electric cutout, SS hood and spoiler, LS6 intake manifold, SLP Lid, Hurst Billet Plus Shifter, UMI Subframe connectors, LCA's, LCA relocation brackets, UMI panhard bar, UMI tq. arm. The car is putting down 335rwhp with 180K miles on it. Even with the miles, I constantly get compliments with how my paint shines compared to their 50K mile cars. I made my first 12 second pass with the car back in Decemeber when I made the trip to Atco with about 5 other club members.

ah what the hell - Probably vote for Tom's Firebird to be honest , but I'm bored so ill post.
Collin Harrington
94 Camaro 3.4L V6
This was my first car and I've had it for 3 years now. Started off as my brothers car who basically drove home one day put it in park and never drove it again. Car was falling apart and he had it with the upkeep. I had the engine rebuilt and it started from there. Sine the rebuild the car has been my daily driver. Almost 40k miles in the 3 years Ive had it. The car has gone through many upgrades and as it sits now it has: Pacesetter Headers, high flow cat to an E-cutout, polished Z28 tips, Wings West ground effects kit, SS Spoiler/Hood, Painted Dark Shadow Grey w/ Black scoop and rear panel, 5% tint all around, polished nose emblem and rear inserts, VHT Night shade on the taillights, J&M STB, UMI 3pt sub frame connectors, Spohn RCA's, Spohn PHR, KYB AGX Shocks,Comps Cam 260h w/ 1.6 rockers, little bit of engine dress up (polished radiator, battery, PCM, Brake reservoir covers and sanded/polished upper intake), shorty antenna, Custom grill setup, Gray seats out of a 99z, Posi Rear out of a 96Z with 3.42's, LS1 Aluminum Drive Shaft, Poly trans mount, and finally all sitting on a set of 17" TT2's with 275's up front and 315's out back. This car wont see any more upgrades unless the trans goes then it'll get a better stall and shift kit as all my money is sunk in another project.

haha, come on vote for your own car?? shouldn't that be one of those things that's not aloud, of course u like your car the best or else u wouldn't be here and you wouldn't have done what u did to it, right?? owners vote should be cast towards another entry they feel next best to show respect to there fellow members effort/pride in their ride. If your car wins more than likely it wasn't by just one vote anyway. just my .02
Plus I got a little chubby for 2nd gen Firebirds at the moment. But thanks, I like that pic too. Just wish i had some with out thew front plate but id have to buy an new grill and i just never got around to it.

vote applied
I was gonna submit my own car but after seeing Black Bird 99's wife's ride - I have to put my vote in for that! Gotta love the early 2nd gens.
Tom and the crew that run the All Firebird Lawn show put on a great time. Was up there a few years ago (05?). Was awesome to see. Especially when you have like 20 Bandit TA's get lined up for a pic!
Anyways - this is me - http://www.cardomain.com/ride/716576

no, but do u think they respect their opponents views? prob not or they be running mates not opponents. But even if they do its not in the same way that i respect the way that way u actually use your SS trailblazer and don't just pick up the groceries in it. Why would i vote for my own car, i already know i love it, **** its what gets me through the work day, the drive home. I don't even mind sitting in traffic trying to get out of Philly.
I knew someone was gona bring up presidents voting for themselves, lol

Submit your car. It's not like you can only put in for it once, you can submit as many times as you want. You can only win once a year though
