tire question
What size tire am I looking for to fit a 17x4 wheel?
When looking on summit, they only have sizes around 4" nothing exact

If you are looking for a skinny, for drag racing then look for an M&H. I bought a pair a few years ago and at the time they were the only company offering in the 17" rim diameter.
