Was left in the garage when I bought the house. Previous owner said someone he knew built it. Looks odd but works.
Pump is slow, takes about 10-15 min to reach ~80 PSI. Has an automatic shut off so it dosen't build up too much pressure.
I used it a few times around the garage. Took a few wheels off, blew off things I was working on.
Extreamly quiet compared to any other compressor I've ever heard. You can whisper over it.
