Windshield Reservoir Tank - Grand AM

I can't seem to get a straight answer in regards to how I might get to the windshield reservoir tank in my gf's 2001 Grand AM GT. Its a coupe with the 3.4L V6. Couldn't get a good look, but it doesn't hold any fluid so there is a leak somewhere. Anybody have any insight? Any website/instructions? Ive seen some people have to take the bumper off to get at it and others dont...

Thanks!
