satelite radio mounting?
ok i have my sirius radio sitting around that i never got around to putting in the 98 because i have no clue where to mount it. anyone have pics or ideas for a good spot to mount the unit?

best buy sells a mounting bracket that you can have to the side of your radio bezel. I think that'd be the best spot for it imo.

Which unit is it?
Usually I tend stay away from the seperate units and use add on receivers for my headunit.
I used some thick 3M double sided tape to stick the antenna to the top of the rear glass. Magnetic doesn't work on fiberglass

Ill take some pics of my ghetto sirius setup later. Antenna taped to the dash and the receiver sits in the holder underneath the ashtray. Works like a charm...

Sirius Controled through the headunit.
The control box is under the carpet under the passenger seat.
this was the old setup though...

that last setup was a sharp idea. that newer setup. i had that in my dakota. but some scumbag broke in and stole it.

not sure if its the same, but you can come get the center console piece thats in the last pic i posted. Maybe you can rig it to work or something
