I dont go to the gym. I have work out equipment at home. Just a basic bench and a treadmill. I try to get in a run atleast three times a week for a half hour and a basic weight training work out atleast twice a week.

I have a multi-gym/smith machine in my basement. I usually workout about 3 - 4 times per week. I find it a lot easier to just have the equipment and work out on my own time.

I usually hit the gym 4-5 times a week. This past month I have been doing mostly cardio trying to get ready for the Cape May Police Academy. So far I have lost about 8lbs and am not happy!

i go 5 times a week ....huge part of my life. Looking to do a local bodybuilding show towards the end of the summer.
Is P90x the workout they advertise on tv? If so I'd really just focus on diet, and not pay for a workout plan, most people trying to get cut for summer take all of these supps and try crazy workouts when really if your diet is off...you will see minimal results

My gym is 24 hrs, and about a mile from my apartment, so working out on my own time is really easy. Its great when you have a workout partner to get your ass there when you don't feel like it. Steve and I were both going about 5 times a week, then he got sick about a month ago, slowly I stopped going. Gotta get back there.. maybe tonight

I go to one on Rt 18 at least 5times a week. I do a light total body on Sat sometimes. Def something awesome I got into rather than just sitting around on car forums all day =)
I did a 405 deadlift, 135 straightbar curl, 510 leg press etc which was a great accomplishment for me. Made alot of good friends at the gym as well.

I'm there 5 days a week....used to go 6 but I don't have the time anymore unfortunately. I'm at the point where I realize I won't put much more musclemass on (currently @190lbs) so I workout to maintain and focus a bit more on definition in the spring/summer. Very similar workout as Mike and others above....1 body part a day essentially. 5 exercises for 4 sets apiece. Usually 10 reps....6-8 during the winter. I've been working out religiously for about 13 years now.

So you're saying you got good gains from the Anator ? I was going to go back to the NOXplode and Cellmass products I was using when I got some huge strength gains....that and powdered creatine monohydrate.
I was doing sets of 8 and as heavy as I could go....but I'm back up to 10's for now.....I'd like to get cut as well, so I'm going to start picking apart my food intake.....make sure I'm 'golden'.....and stick to more cardio.....aka running....
Ran 3 miles today in 26:30....not bad for someone that HATES running....

i was getting 180g or more of protein every day and working out every other day. dont buy it at GNC though. dont buy anything there if you can help it. Dynamic fitness is like $25+ cheaper on anything thats eexpensive. gnc rips people off. yes, even with the membership too lol
