looking for HID input, suggestions

im looking to swap out my headlights for some new whistler type headlights in the very near future. while they are out i'd like to switch over to an HID set up because where I work there are many deer and very dark roads.

however, i dont want to spend an arm and a leg, and i dont want to be 'that guy' who drives down the roads blinding people with their low beams. that being said, i'd like to do it right, but for a low price. i found this on amazon..

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...1&s=automotive

says plug and play but thats where i need your input. is this kit all that i need to do an HID set up? or will i also need projectors? if not if you could point me in the right direction to find an HID set up that is complete...i also wont mind spending more cash either, within reason.

thanks,
Jon

Any HID kit in a reflector style housing with glare like crazy. Only proper way to do it is with projectors. The Ebay style projector housings don't perform that well so either you do your own retro or pay someone to do it for you. I may know a guy....

ok cool thanks for the input. like i said i dont want to be the guy who blinds everyone driving down the road so if i cant do it right i wont do it at all. will that kit work besides not having the projectors though? whats the going rate to get the projectors retro fitted into headlights if they headlights are off the car already
