Long time Chevy guy new to this forum
Just saying hi. Hoping to help out some folks in NJ with F-body go fast sickness like I have, as well as find help with occasional project questions for myself.
I've owned three Camaros over the years and have had my 98 Z28 since brand new, even got married with it at the church. I'd rather have my Camaro there than a limo.
Car has run best of 11.9 @ 117 but not since I did the most recent batch of upgrades in the last year. Car now has 4.56 gears, SPEC 3+, ProStars front and rear, NW 92mm TB & FAST 92mm intake. Its been a lot of work but I can't wait to get back to the track as its been quite a while.
Anybody know someone who can delete my EGR code from coming back? Need to get it done cheap (as usual)... and I don't have any of the tuning software.
I'm up in Long Valley in Morris County and would be happy to help someone who needs advice on a clutch, rear end or intake swap...
Thanks and race safely,
Troy

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone... Not big on the pics, I mostly take pics of the car torn apart, not many of the car fully together lately. How do you insert a pic without having a http link? Can I upload them to the site?
I drive to Princeton for work so its funny seeing a lot of the towns where you all live. I drive by quite a few of them almost every day.
Anti-Rice- Yep, the car is black, good guess (before I had my avatar updated). ZR1 rims and pretty loud exhaust. I live up off of Flocktown up on Schooley's mountain. and you?
I really need to get this EGR code shut down for good, anybody have EFI live or HPTuners or even LS1 edit??

I don't remember seeing it often (only once or twice) but yeah. I live on the other side, off West Springtown.
Best bet is to link off facebook or photobucket.com and use [img] link here [img]

Be warned - Nick (anti-rice) is the forum stalker. He's on Schooley's Mt. too, so he probably knows who you are already.
Also - where in Princeton do you work? I work on Princeton U's Forrestal Campus.

As a northerner, SSP can probably do the light deal for you at a reasonable rate ->

Didn't realize there were so many local people near me. Some real nice looking cars for both Chris posters...blue 1st gen and white LS1.
My other Camaros were a 85 Z28 and a 73 Z28. But couldn't keep the 73 when I purchased this one back in 98. Any of you guys go to Island?

Welcome to the site! I could delete your EGR code for the cost of HP tuner credits. If you would be able to meet me locally.

Yes we do! I will be @ Island as much as humanly possible this year on Fridays and Saturdays. I leave Sundays open for the specialty events.
