Ideas?
I'm fairly new here but have been watching this site for about a year just never really posted. Anyhow, I really like my stock rims but I always liked black rims. I was wondering if anyone has seen or thinks my rims painted black (I'm pretty good at painting) will look good. Any suggestions or imput is appreciated.

I don't think they would look too great black IMO, see how you like the crosslaces, they always seem to look good black

I don't like all black wheels, especially with taller 15" tires. You need something to break it up, add some definition. If you like them I'd stick with those as is, or maybe the 16" versions found on TAs and formulas (they are convex in stead of concave)

I forgot about those 16" formula wheels, I like them too (I wouldn't even paint them). that lip breaks it all up. that looks good. if they were all black it would be not so good.

black wheels with a silver lip look decent (not a huge fan but it has its place)...all black wheels will always look terrible (imo)...theres no buffer zone between rim and tire.
