I need a little help with my Filler Neck.

I can't quite figure out how to get the bracket below off the car I need to change the filler neck hose and clamps and I'm trying to do it from the trunk. Unfortunately I don't know there my repair manuel is (this happens everytime I need it for some reason or another).
Can anyone help me?

i forget at the moment. go prowl around performanceyears.com or camaros.net. if you still are in a bind tomorrow let me know and I'll go find my 67 manual and look it up.

I think I found a way to get the whole neck out of the trunk. I've got to take the license plate off to get to that rubber hose, the rest should be easy to take off and feed through the rear panel. I'll try it either tonight or tomorrow when I get home.
Thanks again!!

Well... I tried to get it out today and it seems the "previous owner" (I could think of other things to call this guy, but I'll keep it as PG13 as possible) had caulked the bracket and rubber sleeve to the tail panel. (sigh) So I'll take it to a body shop and see if they can tell me how to get it off w/ out braking anything.
