Catch Can & PCV Routing... 2000 LS1
Long story short: 2000 LS1. Ditched the OEM valve covers and now have a set of polished covers off of a 5.3L, I believe. I purchased a Mighty Mouse Catch Can to compensate for abandoning the PCV set up. I've attached images of the new components. I'm asking for advice as to how I should route everything.

Are you sure that is a MM can? Doesn't look like any of the ones on their website.

It is, its an older model right before he switched designs. At the time I bought Mike the chrome one and myself a wrinkle black one.
I know this doesn't help you to much since you only have one port on each valve cover but this is the connection that I used

Ant,
When you say "one port on each valve cover," are you referring to the 5/16" hole on the rear drivers side cover as a "port?"** Because there are 0 elbows on the driver's side, and 1 elbow on the passenger's side. They are not symmetrical, as you can see in the picture I posted in the original post.
Sorry if I'm being redundant. I'm just trying to dumb everything down to my speed to be safe!

disregard everything in gray. The top-most port is the PCV valve, and should go to the intake manifold.
I've butchered up a diagram & put it in the OP, to show what we're working with. I've also attached it to this post.

Feel free to brainstorm with me here, because I'm ignorant to all of this, but here's what I was thinking:
Connect the Elbow on the Passenger Side Valve Cover to the Upper Throttle Body port.
Connect 1 of the barb fittings on the Can to the vacuum port on the passenger side of the Intake Manifold, located right behind the throttle body.
Connect the other barb fitting on the Can to the 5/16" Driver's Side Valve Cover hole at the rear of the Driver's side cover. **EDIT** THIS LAST ONE IS WRONG, as Paul mentions.
Is this what I should do? Thanks.

Isn't it wrong to connect the lowest port to the intake? In my mind that would just suck everything in the can into the intake. I'd connect the manifold to something way up high on the can.

Im calling the driver side rear connection a port.
So both front right and rear left connections go to the dirty ports at the bottom of the can and the clean port is the top one going to the intake.
But I still have no idea what you do about your missing port and the tb connection

Why ditch the PCV? If you get the LS6 valley cover, it has the PCV integrated. The nipple from that gets plumbed into the catch-can, the outlet of the catch can goes to manifold vacuum. The connections on the valve covers are inlets to the system, they should be connected to the air inlet nipple, right on the throttle body.
