wicked vibration in my 92 formula

i just got the tremic 6-speed in with the different drive shaft and adj torqure arm, it feels like the driveshat is going to come through the floor, i took it out and over to mr driveshaft and he said its perfectly ballanced, if the torqure arm is not adjuseted correctly / pinion angle/ will that cause the wicked vibration? if so what should it be set at? and how do you set it?
