GM TIS2WEB for RCDLR update

Anyone know either a dealer willing to work with me to update my RCDLR for a newly flashed BCM or a private shop with the equipment to do the same? I will be purchasing a BCM reprogram and I'll have to rely on a dealer to reprogram the RCDLR. My local dealer I'm afraid will just look at me cross eyed and say no whilst billing me a full hour of labor. Located in North Jersey, not sure if this is the right section for this.
