The main Chevelle show is that weekend somewhere else and now the Camaro show has separated from Carlisle as well. You would think they might make an effort to move the timing of the GM Nationals to hope to bring in more cars. I've liked it in the past because you can look at more cars than just Camaros.

Not gunna lie, I do like the Vega Cosworth. It's different haha, if only GM didnt have to detune it after they got it back from cosworth to put up with emission controls -_- i've always like the vega though. I'm a fan of "being different" haha ....wait i dont think that is a cosworth...but still!

im pretty sure that car is driven to shows? not sure though, the dirty underside makes the clean umi parts stand out. that was on display at the umi stand.

as for lt1 cars they were prob split between ls1 cars, i have some pic but i figured we all have seen our fair share of 4th gens. first and second gen camaros were almost non-existant though

i too love the vega. i was so in love bc ive never seen one befor i went home and said hey mom was the vega a cool car to have back then? she was like hellllll no, i said why? its a fast back. plus you can stuff a 350 4spd and 12bolt posi and dump on pretty much anything

There used to be hundreds. Carlisle was so bad this year they had to resort to cash prizes and reduced registration fees a few weeks before the show. They never did that before. some vendors left friday night and came to Frederick.
