question about the D/S. Will that fit my car with a T56 and a stock rear?

It would work length wise, but the stock year wont work with the 1350 u joint

For the 12 bolt, when you say 4 series are you saying 4 channel abs?

Also, does it need a complete rebuild or just wheel bearings?

It's the 4 Channel ABS w/ Traction Control

I'm not really sure what bearings need to be replaced. The rear makes noise when going over 20mph.

I dont know the mileage on the rear, I bought it used.
If I get time this weekend, I'm going to crack the rear open and look at the carrier bearings. From what I read online, it looks like that is what makes the noise.
