Alignment Question
With a new K and possibly new A-arms ( just lowers), an alignment afterwords is essential correct?
Just want to verify before I get started.

WHAAAA!!! race car parts!!!! YES! yea youll deff need an alignment if your lowers are adjustable make sure you try and adjust them close to stock so you can get a decent street alignment out of it. becuase youll be pulling them off again if they wont go into spec just with the mounting bolt slots...

i actually used the vespia (goodyear) here in brick on mantaloking rd. Its who we use for our collision work at the shop for alignments and they did a really good job. Drove great on the highway last wed. why dont you scuff it down and paint it black before you put it in? would only take like a 1/2 hour... what make are the parts you got? do a weight test before you put the new one in compared to the tube K... haha its such a difference

I feel sorry for the poor guy who gets the job of aligning the car with the tubular K. I've done a few so far and its an absolute nightmare to align since you can't use the factory tools to adjust camber/caster.

yes you could be ghetto and scuff up the powder coating and paint it black, or you could do it the right way and get it re-powder coated if its that important lol

meh.. if you paint it correctly the paint will last just as long as the powder coat... the powdercoat the companies use rust out pretty good after a while...and trust me if I know matt his not going to want to spend the extra $$ to powder coat it when he can paint it for less than $25...

If I know Matt, he will scuff half of it, and then leave it that way...
