Talking Hella 60mm Projector HID Conversion Photos & Vids

Here is are two quick videos so you can see (I'll add more later)...

Hi & Low Beam:

Low Beam only:

And some photos:

The uptick of the cutoff is really bugging me out. I'm going to take these apart shortly and adjust the cutoff. I want it flatter like my MH1's. Comparison...

Morimoto MH1 in my Jeep:

Hella 60mm in my Trans Am:

Once I modify the cutoff shield I'll take new cutoff photos as well as ground shots.

Looks like the projectors are rotated out of alignment. You going to paint the plates to blend in a bit?

Rotation is good - the photo of the output was prior to everything being aligned properly.

I've been debating painting the brackets black.

I'm not going to do the lexan covers. Too much money to purchase IMO, and I have no experience making them. They're only on at night anyway, so I'm not too worried

heat forming plastic isnt that expensive, do it the way bls did it the first time. i know i wouldnt want to get a rock kicked up at those without even a little bit of protection.

nonetheless, very nice lighting

If one is chipped I don't care My cost on these is CHEAP. $28/projector. It pays to have a huge account with Hella!
