Volunteers??
hey gang,
i was wondering if i could get a few people to volunteer to help out with a few things at the meet. i could use the help of 4-6 people to help keep the opening of the event moving smoothly and get teh day off to a good start.
the 3 places we need help are at teh gate handing out the goodie bags, directing cars into the car show parking(and make sure that any non show cars go into teh regular parking lot), and helping with tech to make sure people get into the correct class and that their cars meet the basic requirements for the classes.
all of these jobs shoudl be wrapped up pretty early in the day, most likely we will only need help for the first 1.5-2hours after teh gates open, if even that long.
thanks everyone. i can't wait to see everyone next weekend for a great day.
later

I would, and had planned to help, but I have no plans to be there when the gates open. Sorry.

WOW, I didn't think about showing my car! This way at least I can prove that I do have an F-body! Good idea!

i could use a few people there first thing. like ready at teh gates around 7:30ish. that way we can get in and get everyone in place before they open teh gates to teh public.
volunteering won't interfere with showing or racing since this stuff will only be for an hour or two first thing in the morning.
who is interested in being at teh gates at 7-7:30am?
later
