What to do with lt1 heads

Whats up guys I have a quick question took my heads off lt1 found cracked head gasket what are the chances that the heads are warped didnt over heat much and im passed my budget for the rebuild

Used, good castings shouldn't be that much money. The time/money you will spend in a machine shop fixing your currents heads can go to another set.

I read the original post a bit too fast and thought you mentioned the heads, not gasket, were cracked. There is a chance but as mentioned, pay the $ to have them looked at by a machine shop to confirm.

how bad did it overheat? if the head gasket just went and it didnt overheat they wont be warped.

Get a true straight edge and some feeler gauges and check for flatness yourself.

OK so I know I'm gonna hear it but I got a straight egde and measured the crap out of it it was good spent a hour trying to squeeze the feeler gauge in between good so far car never over heated just noticed excessive white smoke let's see how it goes drove it for 20 miles today so far thanks guys for the input
