Just a little update on the k5 for anyone that's interested. A little back story is it's a 90 GMC with 124k on it. 350 automatic that I bought thinking it just needed floor pans and maybe inner rockers....well I was wrong. It's been a tough go of it, most because of time restraints and a breakup sprinkled in there for good measure. The latest update is that the passenger side is now rust free, floor pan, cab mount, and inner and outer rockers plus some fabrication for a piece no one makes. Now to cut out the driver side which is far worse than the passenger side was as both cab mounts are totally shot, both the footwell and the floor pan is shot, the inner and outer rockers are shot as well as some other body supports on the side. Gotta figure out the best way to support the thing when I cut everything out. I'll up date in a little while with pictures. Hope everyone had good holidays and hopefully I can actually make it out to a couple meets this year.

All square bodies "only need rockers" lol. Progress looks good though. At least it's being done right. Not like the k5 I had that was patched up then folded up
I thought the cab mounts were gonna be alright. It's been fun that's for sure. It's been slow progress but it'll be rust free when all the metal work is done so there's that
