Change Decals?
Im thinking of changing it up a bit. I was thinking of making GMMG style stripes like these and implant "KirkEvil" where the "dick harrel" is. I like the idea of changing the look of my car, but dont want to overkill.
So, leave the hockey stripes or go for it?
My car now...

One or the other. Not like its gonna cost you anything to experiment.
I dunno if it will look good if done in black though.

Any other color than gloss black will look like crap with my color scheme. The "Kirkevil" will be the color of my paint. Here's some experimenting in satin black I did a while ago...

Don't put your screen name on your car. Tacky IMO.

I think your car would look good with a cowl hood and straight white rally stripes. Not sure how clean it would stay on an LT1 though...

Got photshop?
I would think a brighter color would make it stand out more and IMO look better.

I dont want red or orange. Silver looks to similar to the color. And I wasnt impressed by the satin black when I made hockey and ^^those stripes.

Negative impact on resale value too. At least a sticker can be quickly removed.
And yes, I know, you have no intentions of selling the car ever. LOL. The world is filled with cars that were never gonna get sold but somehow they ended up being sold.

Yea, we are talking about vinyl decals here Scott.....RIF!
Kirk, I think it would be neat, but I would keep the name smaller than it is on the Harrell cars.

first, don't put the screen name on the car, do something more general.
second, the satin black ones look too bland on your car, if they were cut the way the dick harrell's are, might help. along with being broken up by a different color with lettering, might pull it off. chris's car pulls them off nicely though, its very contrasting.
third, i love your hockey stripes. car looks naked without them.
something i'd experiment with, running the dick harrell style with something that runs across the spoiler, just curious how that would look.
your car though so do what you want, and make a white "PULL OFF" vinyl for the top of my tail light

extend the hockey stripes the whole distance of the car, and maybe pinstripe them

I know the satin black ones looked bland, thats why I ended up making hockey stripes. Theres nothing I would really want to put on my car besides Kirkevil. Ive seen the car in glassboro with the gmmg style stripes that say "Black Demon", and it looks good, but something along those lines does not fit my car. Its friggen light pewter metallic with the base z28 trim .
I'll get to your "JERK OFF" decal when I finish out this semester.

I would keep it as is. IMO it makes the nose of your car more exciting and ties the black of the top/wheels with the front. If you went GMMG you'd have to do something black on your hood I think....notice how Chris has the black in the center of his hood? And yeah I know you have the flat hood.
And def no screenname on a car. Some saying like Adam was suggesting maybe, but not a screen name.

lt1 slayer for sure! but i agree with nick, i was going to point out the manta on chris's and also on the gmmg car. so if you could do something on the hood, might work out nice.

doing the gmmg stripes and then something on my plain hood would be overkill. Im leaning towards waiting to get a new hood before doing the gmmg style stripes.

I like that plan. A hood would be cool. Maybe do that and then see how you like your current striping.
