Best way to get to and from DC, NJ, and NY?
Is there a metro? Train? Something? Sites?
Thanks.

bolt offers buses to DC from NYC for $15.
when you're going and what you plan to do there helps us. Why not just drive?
Also, there's www.hopstop.com

If you drive, there's a short cut around most of the traffic. From NJ, Turnpike to 95 south. Once you get about 10 miles north of Baltimore, then take I think it's 895 south, then 295 south, then the Baltimore Washington Parkway, then 350 south. You'll go around most of the traffic routes and end up on 350 right by the FBI Headquarters and Lincoln Memorial. If you stay on 350 you'll cross over the river and end up at the Pentagon.

Driving is way easier than some bus crap. I've gone from NNJ to DC on more occasions than I care to remember, it's not that bad of a drive.

Bolt Bus. You will spend more money in tolls than simply taking the bus. I spent a semester in DC and dated a girl there, I've driven, taken the bus, and taken the train. Bolt Bus is easily the best route
