Here is a couple of sites I've found with the "Online Photo Album" for phpBB forums. I think it was you that asked if I knew of any samples. The sample that I knew of was a gaming site which was shut down, but I found a couple that are very similar to it.
People who dont know wtf im talking about, its a link on top of the page/forum that acts as a photo gallery... almost like Yahoo! Photos but made public... so if you have a picture of your car, I guess its uploadable so everyone can see...
