Explorer Power Lock Issue
This is for a co-worker, I didn't go nuts and buy a F***.
2001 Explorer, driver's door lock won't unlock either with the key or the fob. The door will lock normally with the fob or with the key. If the driver's door is locked you have to unlock the passenger front door and reach across and pull the inner door handle to unlock the driver's door.
Any idea what could be going on in there to cause this?
