The problem is clear those two girls are on drugs. They wanted the money to buy drugs. Not to go buy a necklace. The skinny one clearly has problems she was deathly skinny. Cant judge todays kids just because of these two girls.

Like she's getting all her Girl Scout money back, so like why are they pissed at me for stealing it and why do I have to like be charged!
