Not an f-body...but...

2 12" Pioneer DVC subs, 400w nom/800w max, running in 2 ohms off a Soundstream XTA880 880w amp. Power rating is 440x2 at 2 ohms, but it most likely doesnt put that amount out, but oh well. Oh, and thats a 2 farad capacitor as well. I have a Pioneer DEH2500 head unit, nothing special, stock front mids and tweeters, and the rear deck speakers are just some sony xplod 6x9's. I think it sounds pretty sweet, maybe a little too much bass at times, but oh well

the previous owner used just a screw into the body...its probably the worst ground ever as i get a nice whine but i just dont feel like redoing it for the sake of that...plus you cant see it

Pioneer head unit good for 50x4 watts. I got 150w Infinity 2-way speakers for the dash and some cheap Jensen 200w 2 ways for the back. Im running 2 12' Infinity subs rated at 1220watts each in a custom Q-Logic sealed enclosure being powered by a 600w JBL amplifier. Power is assisted by a Rockford-Fosgate .5 farad capacitator. the amp and cap and all wiring is under the box in the well...all nice and hidden

My current setup:
Pioneer AVH-P7300DVD 7" in dash monitor/cd/dvd player
Pioneer AVM-P7000R A/V master control unit
Pioneer 12 disc cd changer
Alpine v12 740w 4ch amp(interiors)
Kenwood 1000w 2ch amp(subs)
JL component interior speakers
Soundstream 12" Mule subwoofers
X-box video game system
Steering wheel controls still functional as well and I have a 1500w V12 alpine 2ch amp that will be replacing the kenwood.

A new Kenwood CD player that I got for Christmas, with the Stock Bose 6-speaker stereo system. It has plenty of "bump" for a stock set-up.

I had a system in the camaro, got tired of it, put it in the garage, left the speakers and headunit, and dont listen to the radio much. A Head unit and some good door speakers are good enough for me!
