Question clutch problem

ok so i have a 350 and its hooked up to a five speed. and i just did the clutch to a stock set up. couldnt afford anything else. ok so now the clutch is pressed it wont go into gear. yes i did the clutch correctly but is it possible that i broke the slave cylander to powere the hydrolic clutch? thanks for your help.
