FLP Long tube headers rusted out

I have a set of 10 year old FLP long tube carbon steel headers and they have multiple pinholes on the headers/collector area. Then holes leading all the way up to the catback.

I've been told to go with TSP stainless long tubes to replace with but I was curious what you guys think. Also do you think the High flow cats would be blocked up with rust from them rusting out?

Any shop recommendations to do the install? Or is it easy enough to replace since the stock headers are not there. I'm looking to have the headers go to a y-pipe, to a stainless Cutout then hit my stock centermouth exhaust and put a new electric cutout on.
