Guaging Interest - Droid

Thinking of upgrading to the Droid X. I have the Motorola Droid Now(1st gen with sliding keyboard) Phone still works phenomenally well. A couple minor scratches here and there but nothing on the screen(has always had a screen protector). Would come with black hard case, charger, and 16gb microsd memory card(comes with phone anyway). I would be asking 140 shipped/picked up or best offer. They're 150 new with a new 2yr contract for new customers but full retail(if your not eligible for an upgrade) is 559.99. Obviously for one that's ridiculous and two this one isn't new lol. The droid x for me since I am eligible for an upgrade discount is 200 which is the only reason for selling this phone. Not in a rush or desperate to sell so no extreme low ball offers.

If you notice the screen appears to have some surface scratching. The scratching is actually on the screen cover which I will replace if it is sold.
