Pretty much anywhere near Vernon area or Northwest Jersey. I'll try to come up with a list at some point.
Takid455 has some pretty good routes too.

Rt. 287 between exits 21 & 26-ish, then again from exits 59 to The Sheraton Crossroads.

1.Breakneck road in Vernon. Short but sweet.
2.Clinton Road in Jefferson. Bring your gun though so you dont get kidnapped by albinos.

They are alot of fun but tons of cops. I got three speeding tickets in a month there and lost my license for 3 months when I was 17.

There are a few route I use/ take in the sussex cty and the boarding NY & PA counties. Just depends on how long you want to go. Found most of these when getting lost on the bike when I want to get a way. No GPS just good old AAA maps. Some routes more technical than others but all are fun and have interesting landmarks along the way.
Pretty much most roads in sussex in the 500 series are the best and branch out from there. 17 or 6 going towards Montecello is good too.
You would want to keep the group small on these route to avoid traffic bunches and the random slow guy you may need to maneuver around.
Just a forewarning; Newbies to the area will want to stay back and follow some that knows the roads/ lines until you get used to the roads to avoid accidents.
Have fun and be safe. safe dones't always mean legal and vise versa. You have 24' wide pavement. use it to your advantage. <---Motorcycle class instructor once said.

New York State, but Long Meadow Drive in Sterling Forrest. Killer motorcycle route. And for driving i've always been a fan of Rt.20 going through Passaic/Paterson. I used to commute that way quiet often and in the Camaro it was always a blast!

This one is way out of state...but if people want to go for a long drive it would be worth it. Head out to Connecticut, near Danbury pick up Rt. 7. It winds along the river heading up from I-84 to Lime Rock and beyond. I've done it a couple times, but not in an F body. Once I was trailing a 70 Mach I Mustang hitting speeds that would make people squirm. Problem was, sometimes you'd have to pass people on a two lane road, which in a 4 cylinder fatso of a car requires finesse in the gearbox. Nick and Larry know what I mean, I managed to keep up with them running to the Chatterbox meet LOL.
As for locally, Larry pretty much covered it, 284 heading into upstate NY is a good run too, as are 521 and 622 and a few other 600 series roads. And he is definitely right, Newbies need to follow someone who knows the area. I've had friends from out of town get lost just riding in the passenger seat with me.

Coolest road around here is Hawks Nest in Port Jervis. Defiantly worth the drive if you have never been there.
Their are quiet a few roads around here that are very fun late at night if you want to top out your car and your chance of running into a cop is very slim to none. No areas that combined speed and turns though since the majority of the turns are banked the wrong way.

Even being in Satan's arms is safer than Newark. Their were more killings in Newark last year than anywhere else in the nation. If you remember the news, their were murders every week for 14 weeks streight. By years end, their were over 100 murders their. Please please noone go to Newark. Even the president would like to see Newark get leveled. Only the AIDS virus is safe in Newark. It's still their, but my dead relative is not. R.I.P. all who perished. No road is worth dying on.

I'd like the one road in my town if the traffic light wasn't 5 hours long, I may be slightly exaggerating.

i know this is a little off topic but someone at work was telling me that theres this light that is like 5 min bc the road is so narrow that they have to let people go in shifts or was he just messing with me also said it was by one of the last privately owned tolls in the state
