Time Trial/Grudge Racing
At the '06 East Coast Nats we are going to have a few lanes for time shots and grudge racing.
All cars must pass an NHRA safety and tech inspection for the ET adn MPH they will be running. The time shot lanes, as with the rest of the event, will be exclusively GM F-body platform vehicles.
All drivers must wear a helmet and no passengers will be permitted(Both are New Jersey State Laws)

can u enter a calss and do time trials as well?,i want to test with the nitrous but it would be pointless to do in a bracket class.in the bracket class i might as well drop down to 5#'s of boost lol, atleast in timetrials i could go all out

JR, at teh end of the day last year we had some extra time for everyone to take time shots. we will see if we can do that again depending how the rest of the session goes.
lethal, with how smooth island runs their lanes i highly doubt you will have time to jump lanes back and forth to take time shots. lanes will be constantly moving and i doubt you will want to miss testing for the bracket class.

Well, no, still his 383 stroker, we added a dominator, low tension rings, and got the heads to flow to 300 on int.,thats all worth 30hp, he ran a 10.09 @ 134 last sunday and was only inches from touching the rear bumper, his car works perfect. JR1.
