any 4th gen shops around?

back before wife and kids i would be all about my 2000 TA and did 100% of all work myself, but its been sitting idle for years.. no longer have time or interest to do anything on it myself and ive accepted that i will pay to get it looking good again. horrible clear coat peel.. needs some trans work, minor body panel adjustments.. weather stripping, maybe new carpet.. some suspension work to fix my squeaky lower control arms. id like to get a high end paint job.. are there any good shops around that specialize in 4th gen? if not.. any recommended shops in general? im in central NJ, but will travel if needed..

Not sure where in central jersey you are, but JS Performance is right over the border in Bensalem and does a lot of f-body work.
2nd Gen Engineering in north jersey does a lot, he is on the board as well.

Neither do paintwork but I'm sure both have relationships with reputable body shops.

awesome.. thanks! I'll check them out. I'm in freehold. paint would be the final stage and of course wouldn't need to be f-body specialists..

In gear transmission in Wall, NJ. I just had my 4l60e repaired there. They do a lot more then transmissions there. Give them a call or stop by and take a tour of their shop.
