Seems quicker now. It was lagging pretty badly here and there. It was especially bad when trying to access PMs.

Thought it was just the powers to be making access to BH harder to annoy me.
BH seemed to lag the most for me.

yes. when a thread gets too much in it they can take a while to load on a good day. You Tube vids really slow the works down.

Annnd, it's gone. Site is lagging a bit, especially on posting. Some searches seem to have a bit of a delay, too.

Not sure if lulz but its completely fine on my only good computer with decent internet speed. At work its slow but the computer and internet are slow to begin with. I haven't noticed any serious drops in speed there.

I think it's due to the delay in running some database queries. We are popping off some of the huge threads to see if that's it.
3 word game is bad because it's a lot of replies per 'page' in the db.
If you are editing/replying/loading a thread that has external links in it (to videos, images, etc) then that could be it too. Load time will be 'boa speed + external data 1 + external data 2 + ... + external data n which can be pretty sizable. Which is why NWJP takes forever.
Guys with external images in their sig slow down every thread they post in.
All of this is compounded.
