i went, the race was great, facilities sucked though it was all dirt and dust everywhere, every car in the parking lot, which was dirt, was covered in dirt....$100k cars parked there covered, it was funny till i saw my car which was also covered......the drivers complained of the dust on the track too

this picture really doesnt do it justice though, every inch of my car is covered in dirt, going up 295 i knew which cars went to the race, i need to powerwash it tomoro

i figured they would have some bugs to work out, which is why i didn't even think of membership just yet. that, and the amount of money they want you to plunk down. the concept is nice, and the place is way huge, but they need to work on some things before it would be worth the money.

I was there too. Racing was great. Track is fast, good elevation changes, and there seems like plenty of good places to pass.
For a new facility I think it is in good shape. I agree about the dust, but in a few spots that wouldn't have changed. Coming down the hill the whole world was dropping tires off, some guys dropped whole cars off, and anyone who knows that south jersey silt/soil/sugar sand knows the cloud that follows.
The thing That got me was the almost complete lack of bleachers. I found a bunch of great spots to put grandstands that people coudl sit all day and watch large sections of the track. They only had two sections of bleachers, one behind the pits that you couldn't really see much because of the team tents, and one in a pretty good spot where you coudl see the crest of a hill and the down hill sector that followed.

If all they need is more seats and the grass to grow in to be a better facility, I am gonna call that a win for a place that hasn't even been open for two months yet.

BTW, the Ferrari Challenge guys are out of their damn minds. Door to door contact and hanging it way over the edge was the description of every lap they ran, including the last green lap when someone's balls exceeded their brain capacity over the one sizable crest. SCCRRREEEEECH, dust cloud, WHACK!!! and a half million bucks of Ferrari is crumpled against the ArmCo.

x2, the first hour we spent next to victory lane inside turn 1, it was awsome to see them come from 180 mph and stop for the turn, and a lot of passing, then we walked around and found a spot where you could see the entire second side of the track, i wouldnt mind if they did not put bleachers in, i like walking around every once in awhile to catch the race at different angles
