carbon fiber ss hood

I've been looking at changing my hood on my 94 camaro and found this.

Has anyone purchased one or dealt with this manufacturer? Looking for a decent fit and non-wavy hood. Any other suggestions or manufacturers of similar style hood.

never heard of them, read all the print for warranties and shipping returns and there terms and conditions. call them and talk to them personally, that will give you a good idea who you are dealing with, ask all questions you may have before ordering.

Read the discriptions ect, they don't manufacture parts, just sell them. Some of the brands they have, extreme dimensions, duraflex, ect, have very bad reputations for making crap, so be careful.

To Phil's point; that is pretty cheap for a carbon fiber hood. It looks like half fiber/half carbon.

i would NOT buy anything extreme dimensions/duraflex/carbon creations, they all fit like abosolute junk! as far as carbon fiber is concerned, if you are looking for weight reduction make sure the hood you are paying for is full carbon fiber not just a fiber layer over fiberglass.

where i work we have many people satisfied with seibon carbon fiber products. they seem to make quality products with pretty good fitment that is full 100% carbon fiber. i deal with ED fitment claims all day and not one of their products fit out of the box. it is not minor sanding here and finesse that to fit, its like let me get the sawz-all trim here and fiberglass that, its major work to get that stuff to fit.

i have also delt with RKsport and razzi, they both seem to make quality aftermarket body parts that i would consider putting on my own car. cirvinis also makes nice products but i dont believe they do carbon fiber. you get what you pay for. you buy a cheap hood expect to pay the money you saved or more on body work. you buy a quality expensive hood expect to pay little to non for body work
