etown 7/28 first time out since build
Got 3 runs in
1st run car wouldnt go into 3rd (why i dont know)
14.9 @ 89 - 2.15 60'
2nd run went alittle better little lower tire pressure- still spinning pretty bad
12.9 @ 114 - 2.5 60' <- first time dumping at 4k ever... didnt know what to expect
3rd run best of the night even lower tire pressure 15psi
12.2 @ 115 - 1.8 60' <- still spinning pretty good getting slightly sideways even
vid of this run - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHqqTq2z4U8
I know the car has more in it, but for the first time out and running it fairly softly im very happy with the results. My rear is making noise unfortunatly after running it so i may be out for a little while but i cant wait to get back. Thanks to all the JSFBOA guys.... and Brian (honorary jsfboa haha)for comming out to watch and help with advice.

those 12 bolts really dont like 6 speeds(and apparantly neither do the 9in rears). Good runs for the first time out. It's always fun when each pass gets quicker and quicker. My rear is making noise after my 1.69 60'. I hurt the posi and twisted the drivers side axle splines. I'm out for a while.

^^ why do you know these things... well im running 33 spline axles so it should be a little beefier... im thinking maybe i shocked the pinion bearing and its throwing the lash out of wack.. i don't know... the car rolls find it just sounds and feels like the clearances are loose back there... it could be the trans but im like 90% sure its the rear... on a side note... i started putting my lights together tonight adam... maybe gonna wire them tomorrow after work... brian wants me to take some pics of my car with them i guess maybe a couple day shots and maybe some night time dark shots and maybe some nighttime shots in the street lights or somthing... you down? you gots the skills that killzzzz

oh Vinnie, you know about 12 bolts because youve ran and broken so many right? My 12 bolt has been in 3 different cars (one being Rons) and cut 1.6 60s with no problem. please shut up unless you have real world experience. a 12 bolt can fail just like a 9" and S60. **** happens
